договор о срочном обмене валюты.Соглашение об обмене в заранее установленную будущую дату определенного количества единиц одной валюты на определенное количество единиц другой. Обычно заключается коммерсантами в иностранной валюте во избежание возможных убытков в результате колебания обменных курсов.
